Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Orders usually arrive between 7 to 41 days depending on what is ordered and where it is shipped from. Much of our branded products are made in the USA although some of our manufacturers do outsource elsewhere. We aim to keep business within USA where we are able to.

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We are now aiming to keep postage rates super low or free. Check each listing. We also offer flat rate shipping on some products.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. If there are custom fees involved, you will be liable for these yourself. Fees & delivery times vary depended on what warehouse we are posting out from and your location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BeWitchy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at usa@bewitchy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Where possible please provide a home or office address. We encourage you to use a PO Box or alternate address if you have had issues with delivery in the past or live in an environment where couriers or postage services are expected to "buzz in " to get access to mail boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at usa@bewitchy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China, Mexico, USA, Europe, UK, Australia etc by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS and other postage providers.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
